Meat processing software that starts at the phone call and ends at the invoice.
One record follows each animal from the day it is booked to the day the customer carries it out: the kill day, the tag, the weights, every owner's cut sheet and every owner's bill. Built for custom processors and locker plants, and already running a working shop in Missouri.
Booking the kill day
Whoever answers the phone books it in one place, with a live count everyone can see. No more four sticky notes and thirty hogs on a day that takes fifteen.
- Set your kill days and the most head of each animal you can take that day
- The count is live for everybody, so two people cannot sell the last spot
- A federal holiday on a kill day moves it to the next day on its own, or closes it, your choice
- Blackout dates for the stretches that run differently, like fair season
- Books a year or two out, with a button that finds the next open spot
- Each day prints as a kill sheet with tag numbers and who each animal belongs to
The animal record
When the animal is dropped off, the booking becomes its record. Nothing is typed twice.
- Tag and kill numbers, species, source, and the dates that matter
- Live, hanging, chilled and take home weights, with yield worked out from the real numbers
- A split animal carries an owner per share, each with their own name and address
- Every owner gets their own cut sheet and their own invoice
Cut sheets from the real hanging weight
The customer fills in their cut sheet after the animal is weighed, so what they pick is based on what the animal actually gave.
- A private link goes to each owner once the hanging weight is in
- A primal by primal builder for beef and hog with a live take home total
- A trim budget, so sausage and brat picks cannot add up to more than the share can give
- A tablet kiosk at the counter for walk ins, with no account needed
- The finished sheet prints as a one page work order for the cutting floor
Invoices that add themselves up
The bill is built from the animal instead of by hand at the end of a long day.
- Kill fee, hanging weight times your rate, and that owner's share
- Every upcharge their cut sheet earned, from patties to cured and smoked
- Your rates by species in one place, so a price change flows everywhere
- Numbered and printable, every line editable, and a copy in the customer's account
What shops ask about this.
Is it worth it for a small processor?
If you run a handful of animals a year and no retail counter, probably not yet, and you should keep your money. It pays for itself when kill days fill up, cut sheets mean phone tag, and invoices are added up by hand.
Can more than one person book kill days at the same time?
Yes. The count is kept in one place and checked the moment a booking is saved, so two people on two phones cannot both take the last spot on a day.
Does it handle an animal split between several families?
Yes. Each share has its own owner with their own name and address, their own cut sheet and their own invoice, and the system warns you if the shares add up to more than one animal.
Do customers need an account to fill in their cut sheet?
No. They get a private link for their share, or they fill it in on the tablet at your counter with a name and phone number.

Fifteen minutes on a screen share. I walk through the parts you care about and you tell me where it does and does not match how you work. If it is not a fit I will say so.
